Just thought I'd share. I took the measurements myself using a Heathkit IT-1121. These are all legit Ge diodes, no fakes. The jagged lines are due to quantization error. I got better at the scope and curve tracer settings as time went on. In some cases I measured more than one diode with the same part no., like the three D2D diodes. Gives you an idea of the part-to-part variation. For reference, the Distortion+ runs the diodes up to 1mA. The Klon Centaur gets up into the 4-5mA range. I also have curves for Si and Schottky diodes. Thanks go out to K Pedals for supplying most of the diodes.
