Based on the Black Arts Toneworks Pharaoh - a muffy fuzz with a useful low/high gain switch, nice EQ, and some clipping options. Plenty of low end coming through for bass too.
This made it into my cart based on a rec in the Rig Rundown for the band Elder.
This has been out for a while, but if the rest of you folks have been building these you’ve been quiet about it. If you’re into muffs I’d give this a strong recommend.

An aside on Elder, a job, and a dog - A friend recommended Elder when I was looking for music to work to. I had a project that involved long focused days at the computer and I needed something steady to drown the world out. Their “Reflection of a Floating World” fit the bill and got me through that project on heavy rotation.
My dog Otis gone three years now, was a big sweet Bernese Mountain Dog mix who was deathly afraid of loud noises. Unfortunately for Otis, our small town is home to a big fireworks company. They retail some consumer grade stuff, but their big business is setting up shows and launching the big stuff. Between testing at the company and employees bringing stuff home, summer here is like a war zone and Otis was not into it.
When the battle got underway, Otis would head to the basement to hide and shake, and I would go down to mostly fail at comforting him. At some point, I decided to put some music on to try and drown out the noise. I put on that same Elder album and it seemed to help a little, so that became part of our routine.
I think he was a fan.
