Headphones & need a new pedal to build...

FWIW, I finished building the vero layout for the MXR headphone amp mentioned earlier in the thread, and it works without issue after I corrected a couple of errors in my build. I put it in a plastic case with a 9-volt battery compartment that I bought years ago at Radio Shack. I may add a power input jack and led status light to finish it off.

THCustom has a number of headphone amps to choose from, I got a couple way back when they were on sale:

Mini headphone extension — Add a headphone-out to any pedal or MFX build.

Super-Mini headphone amp stereo headphone amp. I think this is one of the two I bought 'cause it fits a 1590A with 9V. Haven't built it, don't recall if it's true stereo or dual mono as I got it ages ago.

Headphone Amplifier & Stereo Simulation is 2w amplifier and stereo simulator.

Good ol' ROG Condor cab sim, with optional Marshall mods, IIRC.

I've been tempted to get THC's All-in-one V1.3 PCB, but thought I could do better piecing it together to my own taste. My laziness is making me reconsider getting it, 'cause:

- tube input preamp (external, optional)
- Input gain control
- FX Loop
- Wet/Dry panner, for 100% wet and 0% dry
- aux in and aux volume control (connect mp3 player etc)
- buffered amp-out with volume control (selectable Mix or FX-loop only)
- wide range single knob tone control
- Frequency correction with speaker saturation control (can be bypassed)
- recording out volume control
- Mic-A Mic-B and line-level output for the recording
- symmetric line out for XLR connection (DI-Out)
- headphone amp (external, optional)
- power amp 10W (external, optional)

There's also a 10W Power Amp, but I'd rather have the little 60watter that PedalPCB sells.
