Help with a strip board build

I have this EQD White Light boxed up at last. It sounds quite good with two caveats: the Drive pot works weirdly: after turning it up past say 80% everything goes silent, below that and the drive is at a one same level throughout. The other things is that my led seems to make a lot of noise when it's on?

I use this schematic for the offboard wiring.

Are there any basic things that cause these problems? I double checked that Drive 1&2 are bridged and connected, and that these and Drive 3 go to right holes on the board.

any tips

1) its hard to tell from these photos whether there are any errors, or potential inadvertent solder bridge shorts, as most of these are not well focused.

this looks like a short (but im guessing it's just a big blob..)


2) we need to see the other side of the board.

3) it is difficult to determine if your offboard wiring is correct, will need better/more photos.

Run your iron down the tracks to clean up the solder bridges. That may be your problem.
