Is the FreakZEQ "buffered"?

According to the SA website the SOK is a buffered preamp. I realize the FreakZ is a stripped down version of the SOK, but is it still buffered? Anyways, would it make sense to use a c-buffered 3PDT if the pedal goes first in the chain?

It's true-bypass.

Where are you seeing that the SOK is buffered? This is what I'm seeing:

• True Hardwire Bypass.
