Request:

One board with Isosceles Boost w/ muffler on the outbound signal. Mini toggle switch for the gate and maybe gate on off light.

Everything already exists for you to make that. What would be the benefit of one pcb be other than a slightly smaller enclosure? The muffler isn’t a very effective gate for the type of music generally played though the isosceles either.

Smaller enclosure 125b, I run a gate in the loop and this would make the input signal silent.

I can’t get the two boards to fit inside a 125b. I like the gate feature in the Horizion Devices precision drive. It would kinda be like that but with Fortin clones.

Gotcha. If you used low profile profile caps you could stack the boards in a 125b and run the gate controls out the side of the pcb. Not trying to crap on your idea for a pcb, but Robert is a bit in the weeds right now and this is more of a custom request than a universal project.

Just an idea, I can imagine other players using this too. Makes your amp silent between sounds for very articulate playing.

I think i can squeeze the other board in. Will be tight but working my design.

A pcb of the tc electronic BLD would be a good one.

Slightly different two-band eq from tc integrated pre / isoceles / integral, built-in adjustable noise gate, and optional distortion circuit. The noise gate is pretty good, but not a super tight/fast gate like many metal players use. I find it quite useful though.

Nobody else making a pcb or clone of the BLD as far as I know ;)

Interesting, I didn’t think of using, a less complicated gate for up front, I was just going to build another muzzle(zuul)

Every now and then I think about taking a pre-existing design and adding a coring circuit noise gate like AmpTweaker uses; it's like two diodes, a pot, and a switch, and even if it doesn't work great, well, neither do most noise gates that don't have THAT chips in them so my expectations are already adjusted low lol
