Honda RC166




I got to HEAR one of these and see it up close and personal at Wakefield Park, along with a bunch of other classics. It was a show & shine (on a very cloudy day), not a race, but the side-cars took to the track demoing their capabilities — that was cool to watch.

OMFreq'nGAWD that Honda RC166 sounded AMAZERBALLZ.

You'd think an inline 6 would be quite wide, and indeed the big-brother Honda CBX was not svelte, ( Benellis with the same number of cyclinders should come with a sign on 'm that says "WIDE-LOAD")...

...but the Honda RC was tiny.

... a half-dozen of these little handfuls next to each other only amounted to 250cc.
