SOLVED Leprechaun - No Signal

I have assembled the Leprechaun with the pre-soldered FV-1, and I am getting no signal when the switch is on. The signal will go through when it is bypassed. The lights for both switches light up. I have reflowed and checked all components. I am getting 3v3 through the regulator. I have swapped out the other ICs to check if one was bad, but still nothing. Is there any way to check the FV-1 chip to tell if it is working?

First, ya definitely need to reflow all solder joints, and clean the flux off the bottom of the board there. Most issues are solder bridges or cold joints.

It’s hard to tell, but it doesn’t look like it, do you have anything insulating the backs of the pots? If not, then they could be shorting out som solder joints on the back of the board

I got it working! I had a bad solder joint in the switch, which is why I wasn't getting any signal when switched on, and I also had something wrong in the expression jack, so I just removed it and put in the jumper. This pedal is weird and wonderful.
