Leprechaun Regeneration just gives feedback

Recently built a Leprechaun. Whenever I hit the Regeneration switch and turn the Regeneration pot up a bit I just get feedback.
I double checked the expression jack, which is correctly wired. Also re-flowed the FV-1. But I cant find a schematic so further troubleshooting is dificult.

Any suggestions what to check and any news on the schematic? I did find this thread. But the included schematic seems to be incorrect:

My build with the pre soldered FV-1 works and I get the same feedback but only if the regen pot is past 12 0'clock. Cause?
