Low Tide modulator LFO not working

Hello !

A guy gave me a low tide modulator because the LFO pots wasn't working, indeed it doesn't make any difference, maybe a subtle low cut.
I've try to reflow every pad but with no result.
I've try tuning the gate trimmer, with LFO knob at min and at max but with no result.

the pedal kind of work as you can see in my video.

There is a strange things going on. If I set the LFO knob at min and then plug the power cable I get a dark sound, and if I turn the LFO knob up there is a bit of hiss coming and with a bit of treble back.

The pcb is dirty but each solder pad has been checked. The led is missing.

I don't know where to look and what can cause this problem...
Can someone help me ?

Thanks a lot !

Schematic: https://docs.pedalpcb.com/project/LowTide-Schematic-PedalPCB.pdf

If this were on my bench I would clean it, can't tell if it's just residue or if there are solder splashes/flakes/dust. Hard to see with the angle and light, the dual pot might have 3 cold joints. Maybe solder splashes on top near the power jack.

I think it's misslabed. Pic of my low tide below. Fairfield labels that pot "LPG"

From the Fairfield website:
"LPG
The LPG control adjusts the level of the envelope go-
ing to the low pass filter and gate circuit. At lower
levels the signal will be darker, choke subtle notes
and reduce sustain. At higher settings, the sound will
be brighter, have more sustain and might reveal some
noise produced by the bucket brigade device."

So you are hearing the low pass filter CCW and maybe the BBD noise CW if it isn't biased properly or there's maybe added noise in the LFO/clock circuit.

Low Tide labels it "Gate"
