Low Tide - strange LED behaviour

Hi everyone,

I've just finished building the Low Tide, such a cool pedal, and the quality of the PCB is great!

I noticed some strange behaviour with the LED: After I turn the pedal off, the LED will continue to glow a little bit before turning off completely. I replaced R54 with 27k for lower brightness, and it takes a few seconds now for the LED to turn off.
The pedal works as it should, from what I can tell, the effect turns off immediately once I click the footswitch.

Is this normal behaviour?

There’s a capacitor that is discharging through the LED after power is removed. That’s normal for that LED scheme.
