SOLVED Mach 1 - No signal, no light

This is my first pedal and I'm having some issues. I get bypass signal (yay!), but when I engage the foot switch, the signal cuts. The LED doesn't light up. No sound. Nothing. The solder joints all look okay to me. Any ideas?

Is there anything between the back of the potentiometer and the board?

Inspect the board carefully and see if there’s any places where two pads are making a connection. Also, some of those joints look like there could be a poor connection somewhere.

Well, the LED was installed backwards. I guess the A and K meant something that I shouldn't have ignored... That took me a few hours of headscratching to check... Now it works great!
