Madbean Junk Trunk and Gas Tank

Grabbed a few PCBs from madbean to try out. Good stuff but I still prefer the pedalpcb ones. Just laid out a little better IMO. Regardless, I needed a new filter and fuzz for my bass board, and these two looked really cool. The fuzz is average I’d say. Still prefer my green big muff more, but I like that this pedal feeds a clean signal to the filter, giving it great bottom end and a real synthy type sound. The filter is fantastic! I’ve had a dod440, the byoc filter kit, and a mutron clone. But this is the best filter I’ve had, hands down. Went with a Mario theme. Some dead space on the pedals, I probably should have given them clever names… oh well.

Also, I was going to try out those LED foot switches, but accidentally drilled holes for the LEDs on drill day. Oops. Maybe next time.

Well done, those look great. Looks like it wasn't too much issue to fit the additional jacks up at the top. I've got these boards, just gotta get to it.
No not to bad a fit. But I did have to use these jacks instead of the normal ones I use. Not crazy about these as I have broken the center pin before. But since these are sitting on my board and not constantly being plugged and unplugged they should be ok

I use the Lumberg ones like that from LMS on all of my builds because I like how small they are and I think they look really clean when the pedal is complete. I haven't had any issues with them, but the non-Lumberg ones I used a while back seemed to be a *super* tight fit. I don't remember if they were from Tayda or LMS but they bit down hard, and I can see how that could bust a pin. The Lumberg ones are Goldilocks for me.
