I'm starting down the Devi Ever rabbit hole a bit. The description for this one is best described by Alec from MAE:

"Cronus is based around the Devi Ever Hyperion. The Hyperion is made up of two subcircuits, a Dark Boost into a 33. However, both are based on the same MPSA18 booster stage and ILF (Ilovefuzz.com) user Stanimal figured out that you could make either side a DB or a 33 with a simple switch. I've taken my own modded unit and transferred it to PCB with modern improvements such as a polarity protection diode and power supply filtering."

With the toggle switches added it gives some more versatility to this pedal. Here's the idea:
Toggle Down - 33 / Toggle up - DB / Toggle Center - 05
Combos:
DB + 33 = Hyperion
DB + DB = Ruiner
05 + 05 = Ruby
33 + 33 = Hounds toothish

The Ruby and the Ruiner sound fantastic to me. They are wild and not for the faint of heart. Which I love. Not very useful for me in most band settings but super fun, nonetheless.

Messed around with a random pattern for the decal. I dig it. Looks like a 'W' on it but its unintentional. And picked up so NOS LEDs from Electronics Goldmine that I got the idea from another member from this forum. Sorry I can't remember who, but thanks!

Happy with this build. Easy peasy.

late to the party, but I just built this one. When you have both toggle is Ruby mode, is there a lot more static? Ruiner (both up) seems pretty dark also, same for you?

Yep, same on both accounts. Tons of static with both toggles center, and almost muffled when both up.

Ive gone nuts with these smaller Mask Audio's, cramming them into a 1590B for pain and suffering purposes. Well, its mostly the top in/out and power but still. I really like the Red/Yellow, the MSB and One Knob Clang. Im going to build a Modern Revolt Octave Fuzz, and depending on how tall the transformer is, I might try to stuff it in a 1590B as well. I doubt it will fit though...
