Plenty of Marshall in a Box. How about Roland in a box? https://www.mastereffectspedals.com/jc-pre

The JC Pre is based on the clean channel of the classic Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus amplifier that has been heard on countless recordings.

Controls include a 3-band EQ and Volume control. There is also a Gain toggle switch that prevent guitars with high output pickups from clipping the input stage and a Bright toggle that can cut some of the highs to help tame overly bright guitars.

NOTE: This pedal does NOT have a chorus circuit in it. it is only the clean channel of the amplifier.

Each pedal uses a professionally assembled PCB and is proudly assembled by hand in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Other features include:
- Soft touch relay true bypass
- Lumberg power connector
- Professional high quality FR4 PCB

I googled the schematics for the jazz chorus and I was so surprised to see there are so many versions of what I thought was all the same amp, with the preamps sometimes containing op amps, pre amp chips, BJTs, jfets or a mix of transistors. The effects layouts version appears to be "fourth edition" based on my 15 minutes of research. The original schematic specifies 2SK117 with GR for the classification, not sure how much it matters since effects layouts didn't specify it, but it might be good to know.

I think Effects Layouts does't have that PCB anymore...

Or that product is not listed for some reason.
Damn. I kept putting off ording from him bc I knew I had way too many PCBs backlogged, but I guess I should have bitten sooner. The Sunndering or whatever it was called, and a few other PCBs I had been panning on getting are also gone

Are all the ones gone those with XLR outs? That is a bummer. I'd been sleeping on a few too.
