Mic PCB's

I notice we've got a headphone amp PCB. How 'bout circuit upgrades for condenser mic's? Microphone Parts (among others) sells diy PCB upgrades for inexpensive mics like MXL, etc., but they're pretty pricey as they supply the electronic components as well as the PCB. Anybody aware of a source for quality PCB's where we can source our own parts like we do here at PPCB --OR-- Anybody have any interest in seeing such an animal here?

This was mentioned before a while back. I'd be all for working up some PCBs for it, I just don't know a lot about them.

I was thinking about buying an MXL770 in order to pull the circuit board to understand the physical constraints or requirements for PCB design. I found this schematic on the web. Any of it make sense?
