Minnow No Sound When On

So I finished up my build of the minnow and I have no sound. I'm testing in the auditorium. It passes clean signal when bypassed and both the LEDs come on when powered. It seems the rate LED is functioning properly.

This is my first time working with the SMD 201 boards so I'm not sure if I made a silly mistake there. I also ran wires from the 3PDT mode switch to have it as a foot switch instead of toggle.

Bumping this to say that I pulled out one of the JFET boards that was touching an IC socket and it seems like after resoldering that it looks a lot better but still no signal when engaged.
