Mistakes on silkscreen?

I never look at the documents when I'm building. I just read the values on the silkscreen. I've had some issues with a few of my builds and just wondering if they might be related to just reading the silkscreen. Are there any boards that are known to have mistakes on the silkscreen and is there a master list of such boards?

edit: I should clarify that I mean that I hardly look at the build doc, at least in the beginning stages when I'm doing resistors, caps and diodes. I tend to look at it more when I'm nearing completion.

Most likely it's an issue on your side but please list which exact ones, what issues and show pictures of your builds.
