MLCC sub for non-polar electrolytic?

I'm building up a non-PedalPCB pcb which calls for a handful of 2.2uf non-polarized caps which are in the audio path. Of all the parts I don't have laying around, a bunch of 2.2uf non-polarized caps is high on the list. I *do* have enough 2.2uF MLCCs, however. (I could probably use polarized caps but there's also enough of them that if I misjudge and ruin the build I'll be bummed.)

I'm... far... from an engineer, but the information I've found on Google and pages of research on DIY Stompboxes & Madbean forums has just confused me more. Was hoping someone had some insight or guidance.

You'll be fine using MLCCs. I use them all the time in place of film caps, and have yet to have a single issue

Do they really need to be non-polar?
Probably not, but that's how the circuit was laid out. Looking at the schematic I can take a safe guess as to how 2.2uf polarized caps probably SHOULD be oriented, but I'm trying to reduce my stress and future troubleshooting. Heh.

This is a preamp-to-pedal project and the mfg used non-polar caps, so the pcb translation did the same.
