I've been waiting on some that have been saying mid-January for months and they unexpectedly just shipped. Looks like there are about 13k in stock now. Not exactly rare but they seem to be perpetually on backorder.

Good catch, might as well grab some MMBF5457 at digikey if you order. I ended up splitting my order between the two because Mouser allowed backorder for the J201 and digikey did not.

Hmm, lemme think on it. Since Digikey already has the J201s and are the same price as Mouser at that price break it makes sense to do it now. Price break on the 2n5457 is 1000 pieces.
