Mod to make latch fonction on Delay or Reverb

Hello

I didn't find the info for this,
but what do I need to modifiy on a reverb or delay to get a latch fonction?

I want the reverb or delay to "stay and finish" after pressing the 3PDT.

And is there a way to add this fonction with a on/off toggle?
