Mojito Boneyard Popping w/footswitch

Just built a Mojito Boneyard edition, and it came out great, but I get a loud popping noise when engaging each footswitch. It happens when turning on the main channel, and when switching to the boost. What can I do to address this? Thank you

You need to post shots of the circuit & wiring as this is not built as designed going by the pots inline across the top!

Cool, I off board mounted two of the pots but the rest is built like normal

Still, seeing the outside of it does not help much. Clear pics of the inside will get you more helpful comments

Damn, I’m at work atm and that was the only pic I have on my phone. Ok
