Are there any momentary foot switch options that are smaller than the standard 3PDT? It only needs 2 contacts...

You could make your own out of a switch actuator and a tactile switch (easy), or an actuator, a tiny magnet stuck to it, and a reed switch (harder):

I've got a few momentary switches in my collection, including DPDT, 3PDT, and 4PDT.
Got 'm from my then local brick&mortar on Apliu Street in Sham Shui Po.
They also had a wicked selection of SPST momentary switches. Silver-funky square buttons that use a round hole in the enclosure, arcade buttons, fancy-schmancy flush machined-aluminum units (so you can't easily/accidentally activate unintentionally)...

Wish I could teleport there... Always better to shop in person.
Needed a LAN cable doohickey, and went looking for it doday, a simple female-female so I can run two cables as one... *sigh*. Sometimes being back in N Amerka sucks. Still want/need that female<>female dohickamajigger.
