I’ve used BF245A for now with an Idss around 5mA and VP around -1,9v. I used a 5k trimpot for R4 and had to increase 1,8k value to get the Q1 drain to 5v. Q2 drain was just above 5v with the 560r and Q3 above 8v. Used a 2n5088 for Q4 with HFE just below 500.
It‘s already sounding pretty great and controls work nicely.
Will receive an Orange enclosure and PF5102 next week so I can compare these to the BF245a.
