SOLVED Neorocyton Preamp BOM question

I am ordering components for the Neurocyton preamp and I have a couple of things I would need help with. First of all, the J201's, these would be available but I haven't used this kind of components before, are they directly usable in this build?

Also the trimmers are causing me confusion, the bom says "100k Trimmer potentiometer, 3362 P type", but I can't find anything by that, would there be anything in here that would fit? The pcb seems to have 5 holes for each trimmer which I haven't seen before?

A quick look tells me that the j201 are what you'd be after, these are smd j201 mounted to an adaptor which you can then solder to the neurocyton board.
Those trimmers also appear to be 3362p type going off the photo. The board has 5 holes but you'll only use 3, the 5 holes are just for different types of trimmers.

I strongly suggest buying the j201 from pedalpcb already soldered on the adapter boards if your new..... use trimmed leads from resistors to solder to the adapters and pop into your board like a through hole component... search in the build reports or forum in general for that build and take a look at other peoples completed builds so you get an idea of what your looking like inside.
