Got a chance to measure the saddle. It looks like all the measurements are the same, except for the height, which is only 0.160. Thank you so much for all the insight!
 
Are the holes (in the bridge plate) for the main (through body) strings large enough to allow you to deal with the offset? Otherwise I can’t figure out how you got your strings through, and the new bridge plate in the correct location. But.., that’s not important since it looks like everything’s okay except the octave heights. I think the design of your bridge is the same as the one I tried, but it looks more stabile than the one I got. I remember feeling it was pretty crappy, and yours looks pretty nice.
 
I carved a ramp in the body's through hole so that they could meet up with the bridge plate holes. I have to put a little kink in the string to get it to feed through. That's what's going on in that 2x4 picture. The red are the body holes. The black or the bridge plate holes. The far right hole has a ramp cut to join them.
