Man, that box set is so damn good. I just wish it had more of the Weasels material, since weasels was essentially just hot rats outtakes and heavily edited live material, and that’s my favorite Zappa album (to the point that I’ve spent years trying to track down an original copy of the Weasels Ripped My Flesh issue of Man’s Life that the cover was inspired by (I already have the Saturday Evening Post with the Schick ad)As a companion to my above post, here is the unedited raw master take of the same song from the Hot Rays deluxe box set:
