It's gotta be the worst EVAH! Well, IMO.
I mean, two words — one of which is already in the title and the other word redundant. May as well left the OP completely blank, the title alone would've sufficed.

But me finding the previous post and reheating it better than starting a new one!

So for bass players the octabvre is considered the best octave out there at the mo - and it’s made by a company who only makes small amounts and sometimes bundles in a “you need to buy an inbuilt preamp at the same time” - leading to stupid high prices secondhand.
While I could spend £1000 on a second hand octave ild reather not …
