Octarock drill guide inacurate

Drilled several boxes today. The spacing on the Octarock is off (between the stomp switch and the pots/switches—it’s 40 thousandths (wee hair over a mm) too tight. Has this been an issue for others? This was based on the printout. I’ve checked everything over several times. The holes were drilled within 5/10,000 inch of call outs.

Decided that notching the switch housing that much was not a good idea, so time to get the grinder out for the bottom hole. I’d recommend leaving the stomp hole where it is, and raising the others by .045; there will still be room for the jacks above.

I've built two, using the drill template and had issue with neither
thanks—I’m not sure where I went wrong, but obviously, I did. When I pull the switches out to widen the stomp hole, I’ll measure the holes again. The loosest part of my process is measuring from the print out (I can also check directly from the pdf in Illustrator—but this level of accuracy has never been needed on the other PPcb builds I’ve done—so far, everything else has been fine.)

Try using thiicker paper in the printer! ;)

Any chance you have non-standard pots that have their legs a mm or so further from center? I’ve had those a few times before
The pots measured normal, and if it weren’t for the toggles, I could get the pots to fit as is, but the toggles really have very little up down movement.
