Was that because it didn't sell good, or didn't sound good? Or needed to be revised and just never got revised?

My FreqOut failed and is hugely digital, not something I can repair. A repair shop wanted me to pay $89 to look at it, non-refundable if non-repairable. It was a fave pedal and I would like to build a Feedbacker.
