Parentheses and illuminated footswitches

Hi,

I'm building this Parentheses pedal with illuminated footswitches and i was wondering how do you wire that middle footswitch?

There are 6 holes in small pcb and 5 in bigger on so which one i should omit?

Also, am i correct that there's no need to add resistor for the led because it has been included to the board?

I do not think you can use the 3pdt breakout board on the octave switch. No need to add the resistor for the octave led. It is already on the board.
