Parentheses Fuzz LED wonkiness...

Hello friends and Gurus, I'm closing in on completing my Parentheses. Had a few kinks that I already worked out, but now both LED's are lit whenever power is connected. Any thoughts on what's happening? Thanks...

('both' indicating that I opted for the two switch build instead of the three)

best guess from the scant information and no pictures is that you have a mistake in the switch wiring, including possible shorts or solder bridges. check where the wires connect to the PCB on both sides.
