Parentheses Mini Troubleshooting Question

Hey y’all, still kinda new here - I’ve got a Parentheses mini that functions on the boost side but doesn’t pass sound when the fuzz side is engaged. I have pot condoms on and i know I wired my switches correctly - the only visible issue I’be come across is this scratch on the PCB between the LM308N and a 1k resistor (photo attached). Could this be causing my problem/if so, how could I remedy it?

I can’t tell from the picture if the pads in the circle are damaged or connected to each other. I haven’t built this pedal, but looking at the schematic, I think those pads should not be connected.

You ever figure this out? I got the same issue currently and just made a thread. Boost passes signal, Fuzz does not.
