Parentheses very low volume

I'm working on the Parentheses and ran into an issue here..

Bypass signal is fine, the boost channel works as it should when engaged, but when I engage the distortion, the volume drops to a whisper. If I turn up my amp, I can tell that all of the pots work as they should, as well as the octave pot when that's engaged. I just don't know why the volume drop. I tried a couple TL072s and all have the below readings. I'm still trying to understand the layout of schematics and what voltages to expect. Can anyone provide some guidance on what I should be checking and levels I should be seeing?

I have a J201 JFET in Q1 that I got from AionFX. I'm guessing that's the place to start? I'm trying to figure out what kind of voltages I should expect along the schematic when checking with a multimeter. I just built an audio probe, seems like an easier way to troubleshoot? I'll be digging into it more tonight, but if anyone can help guide me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated!
