SOLVED Parenthesis Fuzz - No Signal When Switched Off

Hello,

First post -- thanks in advance for the input. I recently finished this Parenthesis Fuzz, and it sounds great... except when the Dist switch is in bypass there's no signal going through it. I super glued the LEDs into the bezels (in hindsight maybe I should stop doing that) so I don't have pics of the back of the PCB (but I THINK my solder joints are good).

Anyone see what could be the issue? I'm not too adept with electronics yet so I'm not even sure where to start with testing voltages and stuff.

Thanks again 🙏

Most likely it’s your foot switch, their could be a bridge under the breakout board, check the continuity on the switch posts.

In bypass pins 2 and 3 should have continuity 8 and 9 the same. Like wise pins 3 and 9 are connected via trace on the breakout board

You should not have continuity between pins one and three and between seven and nine.

Hey you called it! Replaced the footswitch, now there's continuity where there should be, signal's coming through, and the pedal rips. Thanks for your help!
