Pedal Boards

Howdy folks. I am sure several of you have seen these before but if not I wanted to make you aware. Amazon has some great pedal boards at a very reasonable cost. They are made by Gokko. They also have another brand called Soyan that looks identical. They come in a few sizes. 22 x 12.6 or 14 x 10.6. They also have a spot for the power supply to mount underneath. It comes with velcro (surprisingly good quality) and a nice bag as well. I have 5 of these now, lol. They come in black, orange and sometimes grey. The prices vary from $38ish to $66ish. If you add it to your cart and wait they do go on sale often. I usually can get the big one for closer to $50 and the smaller one closer to $30. I just got this one this morning. They seem pretty sturdy and is quite a bit cheaper than most other boards. The pic with pedals is the smaller board. Those are all 125b’s for reference.

They are actually pretty sturdy and I love the orange too. The gray also isn’t bad because it’s not the standard black. It also comes with enough Velcro to cover the entire board and to add to quite a few pedals. Having to buy another power supply does suck though, lol. I have a few cioks power supply’s for the main boards (I like the c2c tube projects a lot). My idea is to have a main guitar board and a main bass board. Then have several sub boards for different categories to figure out what I am in the mood for. For the sub boards I use a one spot and a splitter (for most pedals). For example, an OD/Distortion board, a modulation board a fuzz board etc…. This way I can pull what I want for the main board and everything else still has a home when It's not on the main board. It sounds stupid and I am sure that it is but when you build a bunch of pedals and can’t get rid of anything they need somewhere to go. This is probably just as cheap a method as any when you factor in the bag, Velcro etc. once again I realize this is petty insane but all you can do sometimes is embrace the insanity.
