PedalPCB Arachnid oscillating noise

Pedal went together easily but when I played it it sounded like this. When I turn up the Mix knob it gets louder like an oscillating sound. I double checked my resistors and caps and they appear to be correct. This FV-1 was set at PedalPCB The TL074 is from Stompbox and I tried others that I have. This EEPROM came in a bag marked Spatialist.

First step is to lift the end of R5 that connects to 3.3V and connect it to ground instead. That will use the internal patches instead of the EEPROM. If that corrects the noise issue then the EEPROM programming is likely the issue - or the connection between the EEPROM and the FV-1
