Great project and the result is a beautiful crystal clear op-amp boost. I give this high marks as a very clear distortion free boost. No difficult to find parts but to get this in the 1590b I needed to use the short ECs from PPCB.
25mm black aluminum knob, and a white 1590b enclosure with a film free decal and 2k clear. I used enclosed jacks and a Lumberg D.C. jack. I imagine it would fit in a 1590a as well. For the LED I used the PPCB 3PDT Breakout Board with LED so I could move the LED out of the way of the side jacks.
