PedalPCB Copper Clad (1590A Enclousure)

OK ok doublecheking today, I plug the guitar directly with the pedal and was OK, then I thought it was the power from the pedalboard or so but I plug it in there and was more or less ok I mean with all volume rolled up totally it was a bit of noise but not much, the problem was adding a Tumnus or something like this as a booster, then started the noise bit harder... buuuut! the more worrie thing is that from 9 to 10 and even more weird from 1 to 0 it started to do noise, in the upper part 9 to 10 I think is nolmal because you open all the way the volume, but from 1 to 0 it was more noise but eeeeven more when I touched with the hand the strings (volume 0) looks like something about ground, and then I thought something looking for what it could be.
I rid off the back plate in the potencimeter that was this model, to have even more "room" to fit the board

It could be possible this is giving me ground problems?
I should have to buy new ones without this claws maybe this one and change them to try, despite it pretty looks like mine ended when I take out this metalick bottom but maybe is better closed or is something internally theat makes same effect that the back plate in the other model.

What do you think it could be this or this back plate are not responsible of the ground???

I cut off all the extra metal on the one you described as having "claws". I also insulate the back of the potentiometer. This is a simple circuit so I would say rather than go crazy - if you cannot figure this one out after a few days you can put it aside. Keep building other pedals and then you may gain the knowledge to figure this one out later. That is what I have done a few times. I have not had any noise that you describe in the 3 copper clads I have built. Have you tried isolated power?

Again. Sounds like a grounding issue. Are you sure the input jack hole in the enclosure is clean enough for metal to metal contact?
Check resistance from the enclosure to the jack to the center negative to the jack. More than a couple of ohms over your lead resistance and you have a poor contact or cold joint.
