@Chuck D. Bones hit the nail on the head with this circuit and a very easy build thanks to Robert’s tidy layout. This thing sound great and I still have several more transistors to try. Hardest part was choosing between the Cosmic Lilac or Matte Pink enclosure…but I was saving the Matte Pink for the Face Melter project. Highly recommended.

I always knew them as ripple knobs because that's what Tayda calls them. Whatever, I like them and use them a lot.

I don't expect too much difference between transistors for Q3, but hey, ya got the socket so go for it and let us know what you find.

BTW, SmallBear / SynthCube calls 'em "Contempo" knobs and they come in two sizes.

If you label it, I recommend a pale powder-pink ink colour, to fit with the theme — from a distance, the labels will look like a match to the cream-cupcake knobs.

You could even paint the knobs!

Thanks. Unfortunately I’m not currently in the position to be being picky about label lol! Suppose I could paint something on there but I’m too OCD and like a clean, symmetrical look and my handwriting is horrible.
