Glorious overdrive. The toggle up puts this thing into Plex territory; switch down and it you get lower tones. The pedal itself has no op amp, just some J201s that I sourced from PPCB. I used the Lumberg jacks and a top jack PPCB faceplate. I am a fan of most Wampler pedals and I can say this one is also great. Wampler loves switches and so do I. This pedal is fun and it is overpowered with traditional overdrive and Plexi-like overdrive.
The enclosure is Tayda and the knobs are 15mm anodized aluminum. Waterslide decal printed on a laser printer and then clear coated sanded and buffed. I just ordered myself a color inkjet to see how much better I can get t making labels. The Epson ET-8550
If you were thinking of building one of these, do it. It is a great pedal. I did not even try to dial in the four 50k trim pots.
