I wanted to build the Muffler but unfortunately I was missing that one component that nobody has (2N5485 Transistor FET). I did find some at Small Bear.
This pedal feels like a tube screamer with a wider range of tone. It utilizes N4002s instead of N4148s. Perhaps not very different, I went with a squirrel eating a nut for the graphics. I was missing a 20k resistor so Robert let me know I could run two ten k resistors in series.The build was fast and I congratulate the PCB designer for creating such an ergonomic layout. The pedal was started and finished in just one day.
I went with a Tayda powder coated 125b enclosure, a prewired 3mm Love my Switches blue LED, and the Lumbereg jacks. I love the PedalPCB top jack face plates and I used one here, The chrome MXR style knobs are from Tayda as well, For the footwitch lately I have been using these light touch switches from Love My Switches, I think this one is a 1kg switch.
