The balls on this thing! This got the humbuckers back into rotation!
The build was fairly straight-forward, don't ask me why I socketed the 1N5817.. used some matched D9G for the octave and it worked well. Tried a bunch of different stuff, 1N5817, 1N4148, 1N34A, D9G, and found I preferred 1N34A, 1N4148/LED, and D9G in octave position.
Used a 2N7000 as I wait for a BS170, in case you're wondering why it's inverted..
Sound wise, it's inspiring for a bunch of stuff and more flexible than I thought it was going to be. Just need to wait for the full-size board to be back in stock! (Edit, I need another order for a full size one!)
