Dark sounding on my Vibroverb and could use a tone knob (treble). It is not overpowered but it has enough headroom. Does not go all the way to complete saturation but it gets crunchy and slightly unharmonic. It is sufficient but other circuits do it better.

This pedal is an easy build with no hard to find parts. I used a gray 125b from Tayda. I used enclosed jacks and a PPCB top jack plate. I copied the original design for the graphic and it is a film free decal with a 2k clear coat. The PPCB breakout board with LED is attached to a 1.5kg click switch footswitch. The LED is a 3mm clear red in a clear Freznel. I used 20mm black aluminum knobs. I used epoxy on the D.C. jack.

I have an extra board with an enclosure - the holes have been drilled and it has been labeled - also has a 2k clear coat. Just message me if you are interested and I will send it to you free of charge. The enclosure looks very similar to this one.

Notes
  1. Lots of room in there to add a battery.
  2. Could easily fit in a 1590b
  3. Consider adding some treble to this circuit
