The more I play with this circuit the more I enjoy it. It is like a Lightspeed with more options. You can roll off gain and get crystal clean boost or tube-taxing overdrive. And you can get some great crunchy overdrive or sustained fuzz-like distortion. You can also make your tone sparkle with a clockwise turn of the range potentiometer. In my opinion a glorious and versatile OD pedal.
I used a 1590b matte white and used a film free decal coated with Spraymax 2k matte clear. Gold knobs and a gold footswitch: it is a full size footswitch and all of this fits easily in a 1590b without much trouble. I used Lumberg side jacks because I prefer the MXR style location for power and jacks. I used a freznel 3mm red LED for bypass. I went with the 15mm gold knobs, but I considered the larger 20mm gold knobs.
