So I completed this pedal a few weeks ago but it did not work on the PedalPCB platform so I set it aside. When I came back to it I saw that I had inserted the wrong op amp in the TLC2262 spot so I swapped it out and it worked straight away. I did not post this problem on the trouble shooting thread because my experience is that it seems to generate more heat than light. It would be nice to have a builder I could direct message about things. But I digress.

So this pedal required setting the internal trimmer. Initially only one position of the toggle switch worked, so I set the internal pot and it all worked. Boxing this was very tricky without the use of my left thumb, but all I had to do was connect jacks. I have one more pedal already populated that I may be able to complete soon.

I used a great Tayda enclosure and 1/2 inch vinyl letters. The knobs are 15mm purple which contract with the fluorescent green case. I used a Taiway Dpdt short bat on/on/on switch. Again I went with the Love My Switches breakout board which requires my using that jump wire for the LED and swapping the ground and switch out wires. It seems like a good useful Tremolo; previously I built the woodpecker and this is somewhat comparable. What I like about this circuit is that the tremolo from this pedal can get more smooth and wavy than the abrupt woodpecker. IMG_0113.jpeg IMG_0112.jpeg

Let me get this straight... you cut your finger off and you have still found a way to clog up the Build Report section by overposting a million pedals? I'm begging you, slow your roll a little. It's really getting to be too much too soon - you've been here three months and have posted nearly 40 pedals. Typically people dip their toes into a new ecosystem, whereas you have decided to drive a dump truck through it. I'm glad Pedal PCB is getting your business, and I'm sure you're very nice. Now please, don't post again for week. :)

I thought this is what we were supposed to do. Build pedals post build reports. I’m gonna keep posting them. You don’t have to read them.

Hell yeah man. I cant tell if this new fella is being sarcastic but this forum is for showing your builds amongst much other things that bring us together. Please keep posting. If people dont like it, maybe they need to log off the internet for a bit.

Thanks for that. I hope to stay here learning and growing. Honestly if anyone thinks I should do something different please let me know via PM.

I always enjoy reading build reports, especially if it's something I'm looking to build for myself.
I know that if I had a finger injury I'd still keep going with my hobbies (as best as I could) so I can relate :)

Nice clean build! I especially enjoy the clear and functional labeling. Hope your thumb heals up quick!
