pendulum tremolo

Greetings! First time post. Ive built many kits but am just now branching out into sourcing my own builds. I probably have a lot of newb questions. I'm building the pendulum tremolo. Im sourcing components at the moment and I noticed that the build doc calls for 3 LED's. 2 for the modulation and 1 as the LFO indicator. The pcb has 4 places for LED's. 2 for modulation and it looks like one for LFO indicator and I'mg guessing the 4th is the on/off light. The drill template also corresponds with this. I'm wondering why the parts list doesn't have 4 LED's? Also, can I use a 5mm diffused red LED for the LFO rate indicator? And an additional 5mm red LED for the on/off light?

Thanks!

To answer your questions in order:
1) ooops!
2) yes - R19 sets the Rate LED brightness
3) yes - R100 sets the On/Off LED brightness

Here's what a good one looks like. If you orient the LDRs & LEDs this way, you will minimize optical cross-talk between the high-pass & low-pass channels. Or use Vactrols for complete isolation. Socketing the LEDs is optional.
