Pets of PedalPCB

With a cat named Tea relaxing on a Cry-Baby. That photo reminds me of a Pet story.
Years ago. My Girlfriend moved in. She brought along her loveable Jack Russel named Weebo. He didn’t like my noise when I practiced, and would plop down in another room, within view, and give me the Stink Eye.
The first afternoon Weebo was alone in the house, he decided to send me a message. He pissed on my backpack, and took a dump on my Cry-Baby.
I was thankful he chose that pedal. It’s the easiest one to wash.

Dude HAHAHA! Animals are the best. Shitting/pissing on your stuff is the only way they know to get revenge.

I would have put on shitty flip flops that I could throw away (pun intended) and bring that dog into the jam room. Turn the amp on and then make the dog watch me squash his turd into the treadle of the cry baby as he watched me wah into alpha male status.

Well, they can do more than just shit and piss on your stuff. I used to have a Kustom 200 bass amp with two 5-foot, 3x15" speaker cabinets, like this:

Obviously these things were too big to haul back and forth to band practice, so I left the two speaker cabinets at my drummer's house one night. The next day while he was at work, his two collies destroyed them, chewing the padding off of the cabinets up to the height of the bass ports. They never destroyed anything before of since, but I guess they were just freaked out by the size these two monolithic cabinets and decided they were going to destroy them.

Fortunately they still worked, but they just didn't look as cool on stage after that.

Remants of a half-dead hobby. I will likely expand to a six tarantulas after relocating, bred by friends. I had quite a bunch of centipedes for a while as well. Downsized because the ethics within this hobby at large are sickening and I don't want to be part of it.

Temporary lid on the feeders' enclosure; their population blew up and they needed some more space.

This good boy (at my parents' place) likely only has a few more months of life left. He exceeded his breed's typical age by almost three years, so no complaints there. I do feel his rather slow degradation has been good to the both of us, compared to the getting sick and be dead in a few weeks so many people with these pets have to go through. Been having a blast with him over the last 1,5 year, when artritis popped up. Meds helped greatly for a year, so I made the best of our time together. Really got to do a lot that I wouldn't be bothered much with, because before this, it felt like we had forever ahead of us. Saying goodbye in a slow pace, I wish it upon all the good people.

His feet have become like old people's hairy ears! So cute! <3

I feel you. My little buddy is just about 15 years old, and he's struggling with the same issues. I try to keep him comfortable. I've moved his litter box out of the basement because he doesn't navigate stairs well anymore. He still has his personality and his daily routine, and he hasn't told me that he's ready yet. Although, he and I both know that the inevitable is coming. He and I both still cherish every moment together, but we both know it isn't going to last forever. It's a bitter sweet symphony.

I would pet that doggo
She is the most low key dog I have ever had. She is awesome with the kids and she is so big she scares off people trying to sell crap at the door. I open the door and she jumps onto the glass door and they go jumping down the stairs on the porch. The only issue is 150lbs but thinks she is 10lbs, lol. I don't think I will ever have any other dogs besides Great Danes after her.

Ah, the ol' 150 lb lap dog. Sounds just like my dog. Great Danes are awesome. 99% of doggos are awesome. 12/10 heckin good doggo.

I would love to watch F1 with the Big Girl.

Much better looking than my brother's GDane, too!

Speaking of large & heavy lap dogs...
My dog Moka (medium-large sized), liked to sleep on my chest, which made it too difficult to breath but I'd be too tired in my own sleep-stupor to shove him off.
Ahh he was a great dog, good MTBer mutt, too.
