My heart hasn’t really been in building lately but when a homie sends you a board and a quad of matched 2SK208’s that will light a fire. Shout out to @Guardians of the analog
🙏 you have a lot of this❤️
and a lot of these ⚽🏀.

Still not feeling my usual over indulgent choices of super saturated colored artwork so I opted for simplicity, but this was a reminder of why I moved away from water slides. Especially trying to finish an enclosure in the colder months.

There isn’t a lot I can say about the
phase 90 circuit that hasn’t been said already, the 2SK208’s seem to sound a lot more lush and cleaner that 2n5457s I have used in other Phase90 builds (perhaps it’s tolerances) but they make for a much more pristine phaser but still have that little hint of dirt on the tail end at higher speeds that the 90 is known for…. If you never built one it’s a must have for the collection. But at this point I think we all know what it is and what it does and is hard not to like

I'm digging that clean shiny look. I want to build mine. I think 2029 will be my year
I bet you could get it done this year… do it🤣
Damn, that waterslide looks really pro! Just finished a nomnom with 2SK208s as well and agree with your assessment. Sounds really nice and is the first pedal in a long time that’s gotten me to sit down and just get lost in playing.
🙏 I have been playing with stacking the 90 with a stereo chorus setting both to lower speeds and reasonable depths has yielded some interesting and useable textures.
