Phoenix Ultra OD - Drive pot not function

1) Vol, Tone is function normal but no drive.
2) IC pin 1,2,3 have signal but no any change when turn drive pot.

Any hind to solve this issue, Thank you

We need you to:
1) Clean your board, remove all flux residue.
2) Perform a thorough visual inspection of your board under magnification. Check all solder joints and component values.
3) Do like Cybercow asked and post pix.

I'm just guessing that this point, but maybe there is a short between IC1 pins 1 & 2. Or C3 is 100nF instead of 100pF.

Just have the time to take the picture. I bought this pcb 4 pcs on the last order may be Jan or Feb. The problem is drive do not function per my post. The first pcb that I bought old version of picture attached it's working perfect. I just wonder the new version pcb is something wrong.?
